Keep your kids active these Summer school holidays with our Junior Athletes Summer Program!
Running over 4 weeks from January 4th to January 28th, we’ll be hosting twice weekly classes – Wednesdays 10.30am to 11.15am, and Saturdays 10.30am to 11.15am.
Join us for one session per week for $68 per child, or two sessions per week for $99 per child. Prices include classes for the whole 4 weeks.

There is no time like now so jump to it and support your children develop the strength, flexibility, coordination, and fitness they need to tackle their pre-teens and adolescence with confidence.
CrossFit Kids and Teens is for any kids aged 7 to 17 and we encourage a friendly, supportive environment. As this is a fitness environment your child must be able to follow instructions to continue with the program.
Kids under 12 must be supervised by parents. Teens do not need parental supervision but you are welcome to stay on if inclined.
Please bring a bottle of water and a towel to each session.
Let us know of any current or past injuries in the waiver form (must be filled out before the first session). This is so we can be prepared and tailor each movement to suit their ability.
The 4 week Summer Program classes run for 45 minutes.
Yes, if you select the one session per week option you can choose to come on the Wednesday or Saturday each week.
