Looking for a way to stay motivated and accountable for your fitness goals?

If the thought of getting in shape makes you break out in a sweat, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered with our 6 week challenge!

This challenge includes two InBody scans and a minimum of 3 classes each week for the 6 week challenge period. The 6-week timeframe is designed to give you a chance to get out of your comfort zone, try new movements and see changes in your fitness levels. This challenge is open to everyone – current members and non-members alike.


How Does The Challenge Work?

The challenge is simple – show up for a workout a minimum of 3 times per week for 6 weeks. That’s it! Of course, we encourage you to do more if you can, but we understand that life gets busy so we’ve designed the challenge to be achievable for everyone. 

Each workout will last approximately one hour and will be tailored to your individual fitness level. Whether you’re a CrossFit veteran or a complete beginner, our expert coaches will guide you through each workout and help you scale the exercises to suit your abilities. 

The challenge is designed to create accountability and help you achieve your pre-summer fitness goals. For non-members, it’s a chance to try CrossFit Raven and enjoy the accountability of a group challenge.

Gymnastics, mobility, lifting or cardio! Functional fitness is our jam, combining movements that are relevant to everyday life to improve your capability.

Guidance. This program provides guidance and support from a team of experts who are passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals. Be you a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, the team can help you find exercises that suit your needs and abilities. In addition, we provide constant feedback so you can be sure you’re on track to reaching your fitness goals.

Community. This challenge is a great way to meet new friends and build relationships with people who share the same interests. The program brings people together who are passionate about fitness and helps them achieve their goals through hard work and dedication. In addition, the community provides support and encouragement so you can stay motivated throughout the program.
